Product Owner

Job description

As a Scrum Product Owner consultant you are responsible for supporting and guiding the business and the team at our customer’s projects. Your focus will be on supporting the business, negotiating solutions with all internal and external partners, and being a SPOC for the IT team. Your experience with complex analyses makes you able to translate the requirements clearly with all the information to get the business approval and help them team to understand the development tasks. You have also a clear vision backed up by your business for continuous improvement of the projects. With your creative and pragmatic approach and analysis, you will help coworkers to avoid misunderstand the requirements of their project. Having the focus on optimizing customer’s value, you know perfectly how to prioritize the sprint tasks and guard the team’s commitment for each sprint. And finally your are an Agile-minded individual who values and believes in the way of Agile working.

Your profile

• You already have +7 years as a certified Product Owner and have experience with guiding big organizations.
• You are a strong believer in KANBAN and scrum way of working, experience with Devops or SAFe is a plus.
• You are dynamics and can work in cross-functional teams. You enjoy processing group’s feedback and assist in decision-making situations.
• Experience in UML, BPMN, SQL, XML, JSON, Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect/ArchiMate.
• You are proactive and pragmatic. You look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
• You can explain complex issues to the business and to your technical team, prepare well-made presentations, think pro-actively and be a person that the business and the team can rely on and trust.
• You understand your customer’s needs and help them make decisions by organizing workshops and make reasonable analysis
• You are have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
